Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: To participate in The Card Cloud Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old.
2. Compliance: Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations when promoting The Card Cloud products.
3. Promotional Methods: While creative promotion is encouraged, affiliates must refrain from engaging in unethical or spammy promotional methods.
4. Commission: Affiliates earn a 5% commission on all sales generated through their unique affiliate link, excluding gift card sales, returns and cancellations.
5. Payment: Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal, following the standard returns time for orders. A minimum payout threshold of £10.00 applies.
6. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates may not use their own affiliate link to make purchases or engage in any activity that may deceive or mislead customers.
7. Termination: The Card Cloud reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the program at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate.
8. Modification: The Card Cloud reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.
9. Agreement: By participating in The Card Cloud Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
