Refund and Returns Policy

1. Refund Policy:

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from The Cloud Card. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Pokémon card purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unopened, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 days.

2. Returns Policy:

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team here to initiate the return process. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return.

3. Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that your Pokémon cards arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately here with photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that certain items, such as opened Pokémon card booster packs or items purchased during promotional events, may not be eligible for return or refund. Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
